This notice covers the ZOTAIX PWA and wrapped app forms: data practices, device permissions, persistent sign-in, push notifications, store distribution, the update policy and the account deletion path.
This notice covers the installable ZOTAIX web app (PWA) and wrapped app forms such as the Capacitor shell and mini-program containers. These forms share the same account system and data rules as the website; this notice supplements the Privacy Policy for app contexts.
App forms process the same data categories as the website: account details, project content, uploads, service records and security logs. The apps do not additionally read contacts, messages or call logs, and do not collect location in the background.
Camera and photo access is used only when you capture or select a design reference; the microphone is used only for voice input you start; foreground location is used only when you request a place label in settings. The system asks before the matching feature first accesses the permission, and every permission can be revoked in system settings.
To reduce repeated sign-ins, the app keeps your session on the device until you sign out or the session expires. On shared devices we recommend signing out promptly; signing out immediately clears the session credential from the device.
The current wrapped app has no native push plugin and does not request system push permission. While you use the service, the page may still show status messages related to the current session or action. If native push is added later, this notice and the store privacy disclosure must be updated before it is enabled.
Builds distributed through app stores or mini-program platforms additionally follow the review rules and privacy requirements of the respective store. Individual features (such as payment methods or content display scope) may differ from the website due to store policies and regional rules; the in-app display governs.
The PWA updates automatically when online; wrapped apps update through their stores. Security fixes are released with priority; updates that change data handling are accompanied by an update to this notice and an in-app prompt.
You may start account deletion from your account page; the deletion flow and retention rules follow the Privacy Policy. You may also email concierge@zotaix.com for concierge assistance. After deletion, local data on the device can be removed via the clear-app-data option in system settings.
