Information is used for authentication, saving design objects, generating version fingerprints, fulfilling orders and services, improving the experience, risk controls, and legal or compliance obligations. Forge AI outputs assist creative and workflow orchestration; they do not replace final commercial, legal or production review.
Depending on deployment, ZOTAIX may connect Supabase, Stripe, Resend and model, image, 3D or video providers. Before commercial launch, add your legal entity, provider list, cross-border transfer notice and local legal requirements.
When ZOTAIX operates both its own brand and an open platform, tenant, role, and permission boundaries should separate partner brands, designers, producers, clients, and order data. Certification, fulfilment, and quality workflows can support the ecosystem, but third-party commercial data must not be directly used for ZOTAIX-owned brand sales.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data and opt out of non-essential marketing. Order, contract, finance and security audit records may be retained where required by law.
