Terms of Service
This terms template covers ZOTAIX accounts, design, trade, refill and AI features. Before commercial launch, finalise it against your legal entity, sales territories and product qualifications.
Design content and versions
Texts, images, models and parameters you upload or generate remain subject to their applicable rights. A platform version hash is used for integrity and workflow tracking and is not, by itself, a legal registration of ownership.
Transactions and services
Listings, licences, buyouts, orders and payments in Trade are subject to final contracts, invoices, delivery and acceptance records. Reserve refill services must pass container, cartridge, permission and capacity validation.
Regulated product boundary
Alcohol, food, fragrance, cross-border fulfilment, and other regulated products are not automatically sold merely because the site displays a concept, budget guide, or AI reply. Final quote, payment, invoice, age verification, licences, labelling, logistics, and aftercare must follow the sales-territory law and final contract.
AI and professional review
Forge can assist creativity, copy, planning and object writes, but AI outputs may be incorrect. Production, food and alcohol compliance, IP, finance, tax and legal matters must be reviewed by qualified professionals.
